Cooper Power Tools has combined years of modern engineering expertise with application experience, in the development of the self-feed drills to bring industry this superior line of fixtured drilling equipment. The modular construction of these units permits the user to select only the components that include features which are required for its application. For successful precision drilling of virtually every material components are available.
CooperTools Quackenbush positive feed drills produce high quality holes by drilling at a fixed rate of feed with respect to rotation. This produces little or no burr when the drill breaks through the work, even when drilling exotic metals or hard. Drills stay sharp longer and drill breakage is reduced since there is no surge on break-through.
