The Drill Doctor Drill sets are award winning and are available as basic models or packaged with extras. The Drill Doctor’s Drill Bit sharpeners are used to restore drill bit to factory sharp condition in under a minute. Nearly a million people sharpen their broken and dull drill bits with one of the award winning Drill Doctor Drill bit sharpeners. The DD500X shop models of sharpeners are designed for durability. It has the flexibility required to sharpen the largest range of broken bits. The new “Push to Stop” design on the drill point splitting port will not allow over splitting the bit point. Diamond sharpening wheels are designed to fit even simple replacement. The main features of the product are: it is a one piece alignment system which improves precision and adjustability. It has longer jaws to hold bit more precisely and the jaw guides to eliminate jaw twisting on small bits. The point angle shuttle is made of cast aluminum.

The Left-handed chuck model drill bits are used to remove broken bolts without creating an oversized hole. This result in the use of a larger bolt to replace the one removed. This drill actually backs out the original broken bolt. In doing so it does not damage the existing threads.
