Jesada

Jesada Tools was formed by Carlo Venditto in U.S. The forerunner of today’s Jesada Tools was formed under another name in 1991. Enlisting the aid of router experts, Carlo brought to market router bits with features that changed the industry: nonstick coatings, anti-kickback design and profiles that greatly expanded the use of the router.

By taking control of the entire production process in his own facility, Carlo brought all of his tool manufacturing and marketing experience to bear on one goal: manufacturing the world's finest wood-cutting tools. Jesada has invested in machines that nobody else in our industry has invested in. The tools feature a polished carbide surface. The quality of Jesada products has not been missed by the marketplace, as evidenced by a gradually growing demand proves.

Jesada Tools and Jesada Manufacturing are committed to producing the highest quality tools. In order to maintain that commitment factory is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery and the latest computer technology. Jesada has invested in the most versatile and precise design software and assembled an engineering staff with the expertise to create reliable, efficient tools. Then selected premium grades of steel and carbide to ensure that factory produced tools that would stand up to toughest production applications.

Jesada Manufacturing pays special attention to the type of steel used in its cutters and bits. For bodies Jesada does not use castings, it "turns" each tool from solid steel bars. Turning the body on a computer-controlled lathe ensures a perfectly balanced tool and produces the finest possible finish on the surface of the cutter or bit. This requires steel that possesses consistent strength and hardness, and not all steels are created equal in this respect. If the bar is "soft" in the middle the bit's shank will consist of the weakest steel, yet that's the point requiring the greatest strength! To avoid the problem of "soft centers" in its tools Jesada Manufacturing uses only Fatigue Proof or Stress proof steel bars. With remarkably uniform strength this technique uses carefully-controlled temperature during the drawing process to produce a steel bar. Fatigue-Proof and Stress proof steel bars have proved their worth in automotive transmissions, machine tools, mining machinery and many other applications where strength and reliability are crucial

Jesada Manufacturing coats all of its router bits and shaper cutters with a tough layer of white poly-tetraflouroethylene (PTFE), the same non-stick material found on millions of pots and pans. On cutting tools that non-stick surface is just a valuable, reducing the build-up of sap and pitch that hinders performance

Mission of Jesada Tools is to bring the best quality products available at the best possible prices.

Products

Jesada’s 108-400 combination blade is a saw Blade with diameter of 8” and bore of 5/8”. It has 40 teeth with 0.125 kerf width and 12-deg hook angle. These combination blades are ideal all-purpose blades, with a 15-degree alternate top bevel plus raker tooth design that performs well in almost any wood or wood product

Jesada’s 210-500 Thin-Kerf Maxi-Combo Lite Blade is a saw blade with diameter of 10” and bore of 5/8”. It has 50 teeth with 0.097 kerf width and 12-deg hook angle. These Thin-karf blades feature the same design and micrograin carbide teeth as Jesada's standard blades, but their teeth and steel plate offer a thinner profile. They are perfect for underpowered saws that might bog down with a thicker blade. It is advised that Blade Stabilizers are used with these blades.

Jesada’s 310-800 MULTI-PURPOSE BLADE is a multipurpose blade with diameter of 10” and bore of 5/8”. It has 80 teeth with triple chip grind and a kerf width of 0.126”. These blades are ideal for virtually any project requiring smooth cuts in melamine, thin-walled aluminium, other non- ferrous metals or plastic. They feature a 5-degree negative hook that avoids tearing the workpiece. When cutting aluminium please take special care to be sure the workpiece is secure, controlled and free of vibration

Jesada’s Fine-cutting Laminate Blades is a premium fine cutting blade with diameter of  8” and bore of 5/8”. It has 60 teeth with 40-deg alternate top bevel grind. It has 0.125” kerf width. The teeth are ground with a very high, 40-degree, top bevel angle. These high, sharp points slice the edge of the kerf first to eliminate chipping, even in expensive two-sided melamine.

Jesada’s 110-440 CPG2000 is a General Purpose Blade with diameter of 10” and bore of 5/8”. It has 44 teeth and 0.125” kerf width. Rip or crosscut hardwood, soft wood or plywood with splinter-free performance and virtually no saw marks! This new blade combines a 20-degree alternate top bevel with an 18-degree hook, then the teeth are given a slight but very precise side clearance. Note: this blade features very precise tooth geometry, so a little extra set-up time may be required to ensure that the fence is parallel to the blade

Jesada’s 108-200 Ultra Smooth Ripping Blade has a diameter of 8” and 5/8” bore. It has 20 teeth and a flat grind. Its kerf width is 0.125”. These ripping blades produce rips ready for glue-up or final sanding. It can be used in hard or soft wood or plywood. These ripping blades feature micrograin carbide teeth with a flat ground tops and 20-degree positive hook, a combination that delivers the best combination of performance and finish. Suitable for table or radial arm saw.
