It was floated in the year 1962 in Canton, Ohio. The family-owned-and-operated company mixes common sense ideas with recent advancing technologies to manufacture and deliver a full range of quality products.

Products of the company

The Morse Hole Saws are availed with and without built-in arbors. Also in deep cut, carbide tipped and carbide gift versions and Step Drills and spade bits. The Saw Blades includes wide selection of blades for cutting metal, wood, demolition, composites; nail embedded wood, plastic and rubber. The Jig Saw Blades are smoother cutting blades made from bi-metal with high speed steel, carbon steel and carbide girt for a variety of cutting applications. The Portable and Stationary Band Saw Blades are of high quality which suits machines used by professional contractors. The Morse Hand Saw Blades and Frames are made of bi-metal which have high speed steel, and are made of carbon steel and carbide girt blades and they are placed in hack saw frames. The company has introduced a new metal-cutting circular saw blade that cuts through steel as easily as traditional saw blades cut through soft pine.

The Morse Metal Devil combines unique metallurgy and a special tooth configuration to cut metal faster, cleaner and cooler that was previously possible. It is available in a wide range of sizes to fit both cordless and corded saws. The unique metallurgy of the tungsten and titanium carbide cutting tips virtually eliminates sparks during cutting and minimizes the transfer of heat to the material being cut and thus prevents aluminum being melted along the lines of cut. As a result the cut parts remain cool reducing the wait time required to handle parts between cuts. The product has more teeth which makes cuts finer and thinner. The configuration creates a strong tooth with more carbide where the cut is made. Blades for cutting softer aluminum and thinner metals are also available.

The Circular Saw with Electric Brake is a well balanced and lightweight for better control and ease of operation. It has precision gearing with ball and needle bearing construction for smooth and efficient power transmission. It has a brake for maximum productivity and it saves time between cuts. It is made of rugged steel base for stability.

The Circular Saw with L.E.D. Light switch operates independently from the trigger and since it is designed with a motor house it increases stability when changing blades. It has an aluminum wrapper with a ball bearing for a longer tool life.

The Hole Saws are of standard make with deep cut carbide grit and carbide tipped. It cut clean with accurate holes in wood, plastic, cast-iron and stainless steel. The hand hack saw blades and frames are made of bi-metal with high speed and carbon blades. The pitch blades are standard and it is embedded in a strong frame.
